Sale items and promotional offers are available while stocks last. Sale items are not eligible for refunds but may be exchanged or credited for future use.

You may add package protection at checkout for extra peace of mind. This covers loss, theft, or damage in transit. If you do not select package protection, Botora and our delivery partners are not responsible once an order is marked as delivered.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Botora is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss that arises from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
